    Tijesto- dough
    600 gr brasna- all purpose flour
    2 zumanjka- egg yolks
    100 gr secera- sugar
    100 gr maslaca, masti, ulja- butter, fat, oil...
    Prstohvat soli- pinch of salt
    2 vanil secera - bags of vanilla sugar
    Limunova korica- lemon zest
    3 dcl mlijeka- milk
    1 vr kvasca- 7 gr of yeast
    Nadjev- filling
    - 500 gr oraha ili maka- wallnuts or poppy seeds
    - 2 vr vanilin secera- vanilla sugar
    - 150 gr secera u prahu- powder sugar
    Korica limuna i narance- lemon and orange zest
    2 dcl mlijeka- milk
    2 zl ruma- rum
    1 jaje za premazivanje- egg for coating
    Peci na 200*- 10 min- pa smanjiti na 180- pa na 160 jos 30 min.
    - Bake at 200*- 10 min- tirn the heet down at 180 - than at 160 for another 30 min. Chill before serving.
